Since then I have watched with excitement our city and especially our intown neighborhoods blossom into the dynamic metropolis we see today. I have been a residential real estate agent since 1994, and my business is primarily based on referrals. Past clients nearly always become repeat clients, and I consider it the highest compliment when a past client refers a new client. Today, referrals account for 95% of my business. About Ed Frost: I have lived on and off in Atlanta since 1977 but moved back to settle permanently in 1998 and I have witnessed first hand the amazing transformation of a major Southern city into a major International city. I earned degree in Commerce and Business Administration from The University of Alabama. I moved back to Alabama for some time to start and then run a manufacturing company which I and my brothers ran until 2007. I started practicing real estate in 2007 and teamed up with Alan Hanratty at that time. I bring to our practice almost 30 years of business experience where my focus lay in negotiation, accounting and decision making.
