This part of town has been undergoing a renaissance since the mid-1990s, spurred on by development around City Hall East (on North Avenue); Studioplex (on Auburn Avenue); and lots of development (residential and commercial) on Highland Avenue including the new Inman Park Village mixed use development. Popular restaurants in the area include: Two Urban Licks, Sotto Sotto, Fritti, Rathbun's, and Grape.
